The  MS 50 L automatic bundling machine with line infeed. Ideal for streamlined production lines, it offers automatic line infeed and outfeed signal management. This versatile machine efficiently wraps both individual and multiple products in polyethylene film, accommodating items up to 1500 mm in length. Operators can easily switch between automatic and semi-automatic modes to suit various tasks.

The MS 50 L boasts a 500 mm sealing bar with a film-cutting blade for precise and smoke-free sealing. Its ergonomic worktop stands at a height of 850 mm, ensuring convenience and efficiency.

With low air consumption (8 NL/min) and power supply options of 3 phases 220V and 400V 3 phases + Neutral, this machine offers flexibility and energy efficiency. Safety is a priority with a built-in photoelectric cell that blocks the sealing bar in the presence of obstacles.

This automatic bundling machine with line infeed comes equipped with an automatic wrapping system featuring dragging rollers for film reels. It supports heat-shrinking film reels with a maximum diameter of 350 mm and  thickness ranging from 35 to 100 microns. The heat-shrinking tunnel is insulated with rock wool and also features resistors and forced air circulation for precise temperature control.

PID temperature controllers help regulate sealing bar and tunnel temperatures. An internal conveyor belt within the heat-shrinking tunnel offers adjustable speed and features a steel grid with side chains for uniform shrinking.

Additionally, a cycle switch allows operators to swiftly change between automatic, manual, and semi-automatic modes using a pedal.
