The machine’s in-line process is highly efficient: it automatically erects a flat carton blank, collates the product (or products), and then a mechanical “pusher” arm smoothly slides the items into the open end of the carton. The end flaps are then folded and sealed.

Carton erector machines, also known as carton formers, are the essential starting point for an automated cartoning line. They are precision-engineered to perform one critical, high-speed task: to take a flat, pre-glued carton blank from a magazine and reliably erect it into its 3D shape.
These machines are the “pacemaker” for the packaging line. They present a perfectly formed, open, and squared carton to the next station, ready for it to be loaded with product (either manually or by an automated loader).
