Background: The Panda 1000 had served our customer faithfully but was eventually run into the ground. Recognising the need for a replacement machine, the customer approached us, seeking our expertise in finding a suitable solution.
The challenge was clear – replace a workhorse that had been an integral part of their operations for three decades. To meet this challenge, we organised a finance offer through a reputable outlet, coupled with a trade-in offer on another flow wrapper. This strategic move aimed to reduce their overall capital expenditure while ensuring they received a top-notch replacement.
Our commitment to providing comprehensive solutions was further demonstrated when we dispatched one of our skilled engineers to the customer’s site. The engineer not only programmed the new machine to align with the unique requirements of the customer’s products but also conducted thorough training sessions. The user-friendly Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and the fixed adjustable folding box, integral features of the new machine, were pivotal in achieving seamless integration and enhanced efficiency.
The flow wrapper replacement was nothing short of remarkable. Delighted with the performance and efficiency of the new flow wrapper, the customer expressed their satisfaction. They have expressed a desire to purchase another machine from us in the future, underlining their trust in Record Packaging.
